2009 Alumni Run

The 2009 season started off well for the Kickin' Mules as the boys defeated the Alumni Team for the first time in 6 years. The final score was Bedford 23 - Alumni 37. Steve Neshkoff, currently running for Ferris State, led from start to finish with a time of 16:40. Tommy Valade, Nick Kaiser, and Derek Hibbs came in 2-3-4 for the Mules. Adam Horace (6th), Troy Tidwell (8th), Chad Machinski (9th), and Corey Schoendorf (10th) finished out the top seven for Bedford and will run in the varsity race at the South Lyon Invitational in 2 weeks. Thanks to all the alumni for coming out and supporting the team. There seems to be some controversy about the notification process this year. Coach Masters has been accused of getting the word out late to the alumni about the date and time of the race to give his current squad a better chance to win. Coach Davis was not in action due to injury. Full results are below.
