Bedford finished 12th out of 47 teams with only four athletes at the Jesse Owens Track Classic held on the campus of The Ohio State University. This was the first trip to this meet for the Mules. The wind was very strong all day making this a very difficult day to run. Nick Kaiser continued his great season by winning the 800 meter run in 1:55.81. Chad Machinski finished 14th in the event. The 3200 meter relay team of Chad Machinski, Tommy Valade, Derek Hibbs, and Nick Kaiser finished 2nd. Tommy Valade finished 8th in the 3200 meter run. Derek Hibbs finished 23rd in the 3200 meter run.
